Ronald "Possum" Beninate

Ronald "Possum" Beninate passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at the age of 68. Beloved son of the late Carolyn Daigle Beninate and Vincent Beninate. Brother of Carolyn Neeb (Aubrey), Katherine Trauth (Kenneth) and the late Vincent "Brother" Beninate. Uncle of Hillary Neeb, Brian and Steven Trauth. Former husband of Eileen Beninate. He loved building antique cars and was a lifelong resident of Gretna, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Mass in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expwy., Harvey, LA on Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 2pm. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Thursday from 12noon until 2pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
