Richard Paul Palmer entered into eternal rest on January 14, 2022. Beloved son of the late Margaret Campbell Palmer and Eugene Edward Palmer. Brother of Peggy Gene Palmer, Kathy P. Nievas (late Hugo), Michael Palmer (Patty), and the late James Antony “Tony” Palmer. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Age 63 years, and resident of Gretna and Algiers, LA. Richard was a carpenter by trade and an avid sports fan. Interment will be private at a later date in Westlawn Cemetery South, Gretna, LA. Mothe Funeral Home handled arrangements.
