Richard Pierre Duhe'

Richard Pierre Duhe’, 76 peacefully entered the Arms of his Heavenly Father on the 8th day of August 2018. Richard will be sadly missed by his beloved wife of 54 years, Jacquelyn Barrios Duhe’; his children, Angela Adams (Terry), Jeffery Duhe’ (Christi) and Jennifer Ball (Rocky); his grandchildren, Brant Fonseca (Rebekah), Alexandra Fonseca, Garyn Ball, Colin Duhe’, Karsyn Ball and Evan Duhe’; and his great grandchildren, Alexander and Layla Fonseca. Richard was survived by his siblings, Huey Duhe’ (Helen), Dorothy Guidroz, Betty Bourne, Gail Barbier (Billy), Elaine Duhe’, Francis Molaison and Betty Duhe’. He is preceded in death by his parents, Virginia and Charles Duhe’, Sr.; his siblings, Charles “Buddy” Duhe’, Jr. (Bernice), Hilda Molaison, Louis “LJ” Duhe’, Sr., Joseph Duhe’, Calvin Guidroz, Wilfred Bourne, Eva Molaison and his cousin, Louis “Butch” Verdun. Richard retired from Avondale Shipyards with 40 years of devoted service. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations to Christian Fellowship/India Orphanage, 5049 Ehret Road, Marrero, LA 70072 in Richard’s memory. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Saturday, August 11, 2018 from 11AM until 1PM.
