My last request:
If you were to paint a picture of me, don’t paint me as a saint. I’ve done some wrongs, I’ve done some good, so use all your paint. Not just the bright and light ones, use some gray and dark. In fact, don’t put me down on canvas, please paint me in your heart. Don’t talk about what I could have done. It’s over and done. Don’t just remember the bad times, remember some were good. For life is full of many things, some happy and some sad, but if you must do something, then I have one last request. Forgive me for the wrongs I’ve done and with the love that’s left, so stay together and love each other. Do your very best and serve the Master in truth, faith, and surely he’ll do the rest.

Note of thanks:
Perhaps you send a lovely card or sat tearfully inn a chair, perhaps you came by our house. If so, we saw you there. Perhaps you spoke the kindest words, that any friend could say. Perhaps you were not there at all, just thought of us that day. Whatever you did to console our hearts, we thank you so much whatever the part! The Family
