Rena Simoneaux Snyder

Rena Simoneaux Snyder passed away peacefully on April 21, 2021 at the age of 73. Beloved wife of the late Glen Paul Snyder. Mother of Scott Paul Snyder (Kacie) and Stacey Snyder Boulas. Grandmother of Avery, Emmy and Ally. Sister of the late Patricia Willig, Gail Theriot, her twin, Rene’ Simoneaux, Rickie Simoneaux and Karl Simoneaux. Daughter of the late Marguerite Clement Simoneaux and Rene Simoneaux. Also survived by her faithful canine companion Luna Mae, along with many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Rena graduated from Fortier High School and later retired from the New Orleans Psychotherapy Associates. She was a devout parishioner of Christ the King Catholic Church in Terrytown.

Visitation will be held at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Sunday, April 25, 2021 from 5pm to 7pm, resuming on Monday, April 26, 2021 from 9am to 11am. A Funeral Mass will follow in the funeral home chapel. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park, Gretna, LA.
