Ransy Michael “Grand Dad” Barrow Sr. passed away peacefully on September 10, 2018 at the age of 67 years. Husband of the late Glenda Humphries Barrow by first marriage, Elizabeth Slovak Barrow Smith by second marriage and the late Fonda Orene Stephens Barrow by third marriage. Father of Christy Barrow Vidonne (Jan), Kimberly Barrow, Kevin Barrow (Billie Jo), Elizabeth “Nikki” Barrow, Quinton Barrow (Jayme) and Ransy Michael Barrow Jr. Grand dad of Jan Jr., Cody, Dalton (Hunter), Dakota, Destany, Stacia, Donald, Michael, Kobe, Billy, Cheri, Carri (Cory), Raven, Justin, Dylan, Gage, Austin, Quinton Jr. and Kadence. Great-grand dad of Jan III, Victoria, Holden, Delta, Della, River and three expectant great-grandchildren. Brother of Cheryl Hopkins Lubow, Larry Hopkins, the late Christine McClure Atwood, Terry Barrow, Donny Hopkins and James Hopkins. Son of the late Margaret Hughes “Granny” Barrow Hopkins and Horace Wayne Barrow. Grandson of the late Christine “Me Maw” Davis. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends.

His remains will be transferred to Greenwood Funeral Home, Mt. Olivet Chapel, 2301 N. Sylvania Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas for services and burial.
