He migrated his family to the United States on March 3, 1994 and resided in Gretna since. He registered as a parishioner at Saint Joseph Church in Algiers where he continued to practice his Catholic faith and instilled in each of us the importance of family, hard work, and doing what is right. He was a strong man who faced many challenges in life with courage and dignity. He was a source of inspiration, a role model, and best of all the spiritual pillar for his family. Phu will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives he touched.
