Phan Plork

Phan Plork entered into eternal rest on February 22, 2021. Beloved husband of Tal Taing Plork. Father of Jennifer Taing Williams (Trevis Williams), Jesse Phan, Dawn Phan, Lily Phan, and the late Jenny Taing. Grandfather of Treasure, Trevis Jr., Calina, Cassia, and the late Salvador. Son of Choeun Plork and Rouen Bin Plork. Brother of Sai Plork (Yi Kim), Sarin Plork, Saran Plork, and Sarum Plork (Jeff). Uncle of Elizabeth, De’Vonte, Tariq, Sunny, and Marty. Age 53 years, a native of Cambodia, and resident of Buras, LA. Phan spent his career as a commercial fisherman and was known to have never met a stranger. He was a hard worker, and was devoted to his family. He never hesitated to help a friend and always there for others no matter how far away on land or sea.
Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA on Friday, February 26, 2021 from 3 PM until 5 PM. Visitation will resume at Trinity United Methodist Church, Buras, LA on Saturday, February 27, 2021 from 9 am until service time at 10 AM. Interment Our Lady of Good Harbor Cemetery, Buras, LA.
