Patricia Haynes Barrois

Patricia “Gigi” Haynes Barrois, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the age of 81. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Vincent A. Barrois Sr.; her parents, Joseph Robin Haynes and Thelma Young Haynes: her siblings, Charlotte Haynes, Troy Haynes, Trellis Floyd and Jimmy Haynes. She is the loving mother of Dondra Kientz (Ernie), Lawrence Barrois (Marjorie), Robin Barrois (Shantelle) and Vincent A. Barrois Jr. (Danielle). She is the devoted grandmother of Brandi Fincher (Kellen), Alexa Martinez, Amanda Barrois, Cody Barrois, Lauren Barrois, Jordan Barrois, Shanna Barrois, Hunter Barrois, Raven Carbo, Becky Knox (David) and Anthony Kientz. She is the devoted great grandmother of Emily Fincher, Olivia Fincher and Brooke Knox. She is the loving sister of Robin Travis “Bud” Haynes (Pat), Carlton Haynes, Martha Elrod (L.G.), Mary Turner and Tim Haynes. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. A special thank you to the caring and loving staff of Riverbend Nursing and Rehab in Belle Chasse. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Visitation on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 beginning at 10:30 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 1:00 PM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 8968 LA-23, Belle Chasse, LA. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA. Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA in charge of arrangements.
