Norris J. Leonard

Norris J. Leonard passed away peacefully on August 13, 2018 at the age of 84 years. Beloved husband of the late Psyche Swazay Leonard. Father of Sherrill Holloway, Norris Leonard Jr. and Sabrina Vess (William). Grandfather of Casey, Camilo, Dixie and Joshua. Brother of David Leonard (Millie), Ethel Falcon (the late A.J.) and Joyce Boudloche (the late Clarence). Son of the late Edna Boudoin Leonard and Harry Leonard. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Norris served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. He later retired as a head operator from Chevron. Norris was a regular at Barnes & Noble coffee shop and could be found enjoying his coffee and his company of friends.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Saturday, August 18, 2018 from 9am to 11am. A Funeral Mass will follow. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park.
