As a child, he was taught refrigeration and fishing by his Dad, and his Mother to love the church and to say his rosary.
He had a Bachelor degree in computer science, once owning his own business. He liked photography, golfing, reading, and has traveled to many countries and states and loved Colorado. He loved all types of music from Cajun to heavy metal.
He went to Culinary School and worked as a cook offshore, loved to bake and was inventive with both and he shared it often with others. If he thought he would be able to make a difference he would reach out.
Though your smile is gone forever and your hand we cannot touch, we have so many memories of the one we loved so much. May he rest in peace.
Interment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to St. Patrick Church, Port Sulphur, LA.
