Myrtle T. "Sis" Hebert

Myrtle T. “Sis” Hebert of Port Sulphur, LA departed this life on Friday, April 30, 2021 at the age of 97. Beloved wife of the late Joseph B. Hebert Sr. Mother of Myrtle “Myrt” Kuhlmann (the late Preston), Joseph “Joe” Hebert, Jr. (the late Nola) and Dean Hebert (Cynthia). Also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Anthony and Myrtle Treadway, and her siblings, Verona, Gladys and Anthony. The family would like to thank all of her caregivers throughout her years. Special thanks to Lacie Gillen who kept her smiling and laughing.
Visitation will be held at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Wednesday, May 5, 2021 from 6pm to 8pm, resuming on Thursday, May 6, 2021 from 9am to 11am. Services will follow. Interment St. Patrick Mausoleum in Port Sulphur, LA.
