Mery Vasquez

On July 14, 2018 at 3:41 P.M. Mery Garcia Vasquez left us on earth to be with our Lord at the age of 80. She is survived by children Mary Lemmert, Martha Vasquez, Delia Vasquez, Jose Vasquez, Elvira Gallo, and George Vasquez. She is preceded in death by her husband Jose Mario Vasquez and son Luis Alberto Vasquez. Mery was born on June 7th, 1938 in Iquitos, Peru to Jose and Delia Reyes Vasquez. Mery went on to marry Jose Mario Vasquez in 1957 and over the next several years welcomed seven children into the world. They immigrated to the United States in the summer of 1969, settling in Miami, FL. Mery was an accomplished seamstress, beautiful singer and lover of animals. She could often be found in her garden singing to her plants. Even through her health struggles she could still find time to serenade her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will forever be loved and missed.
