Melba Friloux Lemoine passed away peacefully on January 16, 2021 at the age of 88 years. Beloved and devoted wife of 57 years to the late Stephen “Gramps/Leroy” Lemoine. Daughter of the late Dennis Joseph Friloux and Leonie Robert Friloux. Mother and mother-in-law of Stephen "Jay" Joseph Lemoine, David "Mike" Michael Lemoine, Allen Paul Lemoine (Dawn), Tony Luke Lemoine (Nanette), Shawn Michael Lemoine, June Lemoine Clark (Allen), Tammy Lemoine Silbernagel (A.J.) and Diane Lemoine Ayo (Marty). Grandmother of Chad M. (Lisa), Dodie A. and Ryan M. Clark, Mitchell C. (Kendra), Daniel L. (Blythe), and Ashley B. Lemoine, Josh M. (Wendy C.), and Joel M. Lemoine, Chase M. Reneman and Jared A. Sister of Alvin Friloux (Dorris), Betty Baudoin (the late Lawrence) and sister-in-law of Whitney Plaisance and Aggie Friloux. Preceded in death by Winfield Friloux (Eunice), Clifford Friloux (Myrna), Donald Friloux (Anna Mae / Louise), Irvin Friloux (Tillie), Amos Friloux (Patsy), Dennis Friloux, and Dorothy Friloux Plaisance. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held at St. Mark Catholic Church, 10773 River Road, Ama LA 70031 on Friday, January 22, 2021 from 9am to 11am. A Funeral Mass will follow.
