Martin “Marty” Houston Cannon entered into eternal rest on Saturday, August 11, 2018 at the age of 56. Husband of Valery Morales. Son of the late Frank Cannon and Eva Riggin Cannon. Father of Elsa Cortez, III. (Sabrina), Alex Cortez (Melissa), Martin LeJeune, Michelle Larousse (Chris), Chad Thrift and Charlie Thrift (Jess). Survived by 12 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren. Brother of Gwen Rivero (Herbert, Jr.) and Frank Cannon (Karen). Uncle of Shantell, Dolphy, Nora, Mark, Jamie and the late Corkey. Marty was born in Houma, LA and was a resident of Lafitte, LA. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Wednesday, August 15, 2018 from 11AM until 1PM.
