Mark M. Duplantis, Jr passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at the age of 69. Beloved husband of the late Karen Duplantis for 47 years. Father of Lacey R. LeBlanc (Wade), Mark M. Duplantis III, and Joshua A. Duplantis (Jenna). Son of the late Rebecca and Mark M. Duplantis, Sr. Brother of Julie Gilbert and the late Dorcas Sutton. Grandfather of Taryn LeBlanc and Jolie Duplantis. He was a true Super Hero and a collector of Marvel Comics. He was the most kind and loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He retired from Avondale Shipyards after 30 years of service. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Avondale, LA.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Visitation at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., on Sunday, March 20, 2022 from 1pm-4pm.
