Maria Bonilla

Maria Bonilla, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at the age of 92. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Julio Vargas; her children, Maria Z, and Rafael; her parents and 16 siblings. She is the beloved mother of Luis Emilio, Marilyn (Hector), and Julio (Emma) She is the devoted grandmother of Luis, Jessica, Kathrine, Jonathan, Ivelise, Jadeyra, Harold Wilson, John, Carmelito, Julio Jr, Luis. She is the loving great- grandmother of many great grandchildren. She is the cherished sister of Julio. She is also survived a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. A fantastic cook, she was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Visitation on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 beginning at 9:00 AM followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA.
