Margaret Coates has transitioned to be home with the Lord God Jehovah on Sunday, October 3, 2021 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of Allen “Butch” Coates for 51 years. Mother of Lionel Hebert (Tina), Elizabeth Christmas (Folin) and Constance Whitehead (Darren). Daughter of the late Hilda and Claude Breaux. Sister of Brenda Lonergan, Carol Gambino, Burnita Vidrine, Larry Breaux and C.J. Breaux. Grandmother of Mindy Hebert, Shailin Barr, Paiton Hebert, Christina Nomey, Michael Radecker, Vicente “Rocky” Rivera, and Vitoria Vaculin. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Dance Mom Dance! We love you. She was a native of Bridge City, LA and a resident of Avondale, LA for 49 years. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd. Marrero, LA on Monday, October 11, 2021 at 1pm. Visitation will be held on Monday morning from 11am until 1pm. All those attending must wear face coverings. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
