Lynn Edward Parker, Jr. of Algiers, LA, passed away on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at the age of 72 after a long illness. Beloved son of Mrs. Katherine Hynes Parker and the late Lynn Edward Parker, Sr. Brother of the late Mary Martha Parker. Grandson of the late Frederick John Parker, Martha Burmaster Parker, Curtis William Hynes, Sr. and Edna LeBlanc Hynes. Also, survived by a host of many cousins and friends. Lynn graduated from Martin Behrman High School. He attended Soule’ Business School, and also studied at Fire Science University in Eunice. He was a retired Assistant Fire Chief Of Morgan City. Former Owner/ Instructor at HAZ-COM Resources. Former Fire Science Instructor at LSU and Former Sales at Elite Graphic. Lynn was “The Keeper of the Bees”. He loved to see everyone enjoying themselves so he started Bee Luncheons every month for several years. Being partially blind, Lynn enjoyed music. He then started “Lynn’s Simply Good Music” a post so everyone could enjoy. Lynn also was the creator of “Behrman High School - In Loving Memory” a tribute to all who have gone before us.
