Lloyd J. Camus, Jr.

Lloyd J. Camus Jr. passed away peacefully on January 12, 2021 at the age of 75 years. Beloved husband of 52 years to June Marciante Camus. Father of Frank J. Camus (Robyn). Grandfather of Samantha and Justin Camus. Brother of the late Judy Martin (Dale), Gwen Oubre (the late Gerald “Pee Wee”), Connie Orgeron (C.J.), Cynthia Beirs and Richard “Red” Camus”. Son of the late Lloyd J. Camus Sr. and Betty Brown Camus. Also survived by his loving canine companion “Lady” along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Lloyd worked for many years with Crescent Towing/Cooper T. Smith. He was a member of the 69’ers Club, enjoyed fishing and never missed a chance to cheer on his New Orleans Saints football. He will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be held at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Monday, January 18, 2021 from 9am to 10am followed by a prayer service. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park.

Respectful of current guidelines, everyone attending must wear their own mask/face covering and practice distancing.
