Lisa Claire Putfark passed away on August 10, 2018. Beloved daughter Melrose Withmeyer Hauptman (the late Richard) and the late Calvin Elwood Putfark. Sister of Ronald Putfark and Beth P. Devine (Scott). Aunt of Brett Pylant (Leah), Brandon Pylant (Allie), Ashley Putfark (Casey), Taylor Putfark, and Shelby Devine. Great-aunt of Tanner, Mollie, Addie, Mia, and Briley. Age 59 years, a native of Slidell, LA and resident of Belle Chasse, LA.
Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Chapel of MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 1:30 PM. Interment Greenwood Cemetery, New Orleans, LA. Visitation will be held Thursday morning from 11 AM until funeral time.
