Linda Marie Barrois

Linda Marie Barrois, affectionately known as “Mam Maw”, passed away peacefully on June 29, 2022. She is survived by her beloved son Brett Ricks and daughter Staci Ricks; Partner John “Coco” Hollier; Sisters Kathy Motes, Deborah Olivier (Mike), Robin Barrois, Pam Rodrigue (Don). She was the proud grandmother of Alexis Ricks, Aubrey Ricks, & Sam Ricks. Linda was predeceased by her parents Warren & Dolores Barrois. She was a devoted mother, loving sister, and doting aunt to many nieces and nephews. Known for her cooking, she showed her love by hosting Sunday lunch for family.

Family and friends are invited to attend a memorial Mass at Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Belle Chasse, LA, on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 11:00am. Memorial visitation will begin at 9:00am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Linda’s honor to St. Jude Children’s Hospital at:
