Lester Anatole Gaubert

Lester Anatole Gaubert entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at the age of 93. Beloved and loving husband of the late Joyce Rebstock Gaubert. Son of the late Theophile Gaubert and Valerie Bonin Gaubert. Father of Scott Gaubert, Jill Larose, Kent Gaubert and Travis Gaubert. Grandfather of Kyle Gaubert, Evan Gaubert, Melony Larose, Jesse Larose (Wife Jessica), Nicole Gaubert, Travis Gaubert, Jr. and the late Kent Gaubert, Jr. Lester is also survived by 9 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by numerous brothers and sisters. He was born in Thibodaux, Louisiana and was a resident of Westwego, Louisiana. He served his country while enlisted in the United States Army. He was manager for I.L. Loins Corp. for many years. Family and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, Louisiana on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 from 9AM until 11AM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11AM. Interment will be in Our Lady of Prompt Succor Mausoleum, Westwego, Louisiana.
