Judy Bourg Loup passed away peacefully on July 28, 2022, at the age of 77 years. Beloved wife of the late Clarence "CJ" Loup, Jr for 60 years. Mother of Cindy Loup (the late Bob Wilson Jr), Clarence "CJ" Loup, III, Carla Loup Greene (Todd), and Corrie Loup Goree (Marshall). Grandmother of Dwayne Sepcich, Jr, Jayde Loup (Andrew Mullins), Justin Greene (Elizabeth Theriot), Regina Loup Bell (Marissa), Rene' Spano (Genesis), Gabrielle Greene (Garrett Mueller), Wyatt Greene, Zena Wilson-Loup, Josilynn Goree and Elijah Goree.
Daughter of the late Odelia Boudreaux Bourg and Irvin J Bourg.
Sister of Belle Bourg Sutherland (Oliver), the late Charles Bourg (Louisa), and the late Donald Bourg. Sister-in-law of Gloria Loup LeBlanc (the late Jay) and the late Anniereen Loup Gelpi (Clay).
Godmother of Oliver "Bubba" Sutherland, Jr, Anthony Wahl, and Mike Wahl. Aunt of Carey Sutherland, Oliver "Bubba" Sutherland, Jr, the late Scott Sutherland, Ryan Sutherland, Charles Bourg, Jr (Shari), Denise Nichols (Bobby), Algee “Joey” LeBlanc, Jr. (Paula), and Karen Leblanc Valence (Randy). Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Judy Bourg Loup, a native of Bridge City, LA, settled in Marrero, LA where she and her beloved husband, Clarence "CJ" Loup raised their 4 children. Judy began her career in jewelry at a young age and continued along that path, owning her own jewelry business, and later joining forces with CJ in Loups Enterprise. Judy loved gardening and watching the butterflies and hummingbirds in her garden. CJ and Judy also enjoyed going to the casinos from time to time together as well as car shows. Judy was lovingly called "Meemaw" by her grandchildren, who she would move the world for. She had a beautiful heart of gold and made sure everyone felt welcomed and included. Fiercely protective of her family, if you crossed one of them, you crossed Meemaw. CJ and Judy are the embodiment of true love, now eternally united making them whole forever. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Visitation at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd. Marrero, LA on Sunday, August 7, 2022 from 12noon until 2pm.
