Judith "Judy" Weinnig Ory

Judith “Judy” Weinnig Ory passed away on Friday, August 26, 2022 at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Gerald Joseph Ory for 58 years. Mother of Cheri Wisser (Scott), Nick A. Ory, Aimee Tvrdeic (Roko) and the late Suzette M. Ory. Daughter of the late Rita and James Weinnig. Sister of Christy Stanson (Eugene), and the late James D. Weinnig, Jr. (Joyce). Grandmother of Ashley Stein (Marcus), and Alyssa Ory. Great grandmother of Zoe Stein, and Marcus Stein, Jr. Also survived by nieces and nephews and her lifelong best friend, Charlene Becnel. She was a member of the Red Hat Club, AARP, and an honorary member of the Kajun Outcast Jeep Club and loved spending time with her family. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expwy., Harvey, LA on Friday, September 2, 2022 at 1pm.
