Joshua Dustin Morozoff

Joshua Dustin Morozoff, age 33, passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2022. Joshua was born on May 2, 1989 in Jacksonville, NC to Mary Barcelona, Tony Barcelona and the late George E. Morozoff. Loving brother of Jazmin Morozoff, Douglas Moody (Cindy), AJ Barcelona, and the late GiGi. Joshua is also survived by Yilynah, Anton, Savannah, Daylen, Jade, Emma, and Laila; and by many aunts and uncles and numerous friends. If you knew Josh, then you knew he loved his family and friends. He also had a passion for wrestling; he was an avid Saints and LSU Tiger football fan; and he loved basketball, Rock of Ages, and Rock and Roll. He loved to sing karaoke and always sang from his heart. His unique way of telling you he loved you was with a swift flick of his middle finger followed by a “love you boy/girl”. He was one of a kind and always seemed to be the life of the party. He loved Halloween and Christmas but most of all his birthday; his birthday would not be over and he was already planning the next year’s celebration. May you rest in peace Our Boy Josh, we are going to miss you dearly. Friends and family are invited to attend a funeral service on Saturday, July 16, 2022 in the parlor of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 LAPALCO BLVD., in Marrero, LA. Visitation will begin at 4PM. Cremation will follow.
