John P Guillot

John P. Guillot passed away on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of the late Janice T. Guillot. Son of the late Odette and Dennis Guillot. Father of Stephen Lee Guillot (Greta), Lisa M. Galiano (the late, Benny), Vickie G. Lang (Jeff), John Guillot, Jr., and Jeannie May. Survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. A native of Harvey, La and a resident of Avondale, LA for the past 50 years. John was a member of AMVETS Post 38, VFW 3121, William D. White Lodge, Shriners and Honda Corp, Marrero Masonic Lodge, and he was a veteran of the U.S. States Navy. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Catholic Service in the Chapel of Mothe Funeral Homes, 7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA on Monday, January 25, 2021 at 1:00 pm. Visitation will take place from 11:00 am until funeral time. Interment Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery, Waggaman, La. Attendees are asked to wear a face covering and adhere to social distancing.
