Joann Rita Long

JoAnn Rita Long passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of the late Harry C. Long. Mother of Robert LaBorde, Jr. (Sharon), Roy LaBorde, Sr. (Tina), Ricky LaBorde, Sr. (Kathryn), Randy LaBorde (Steve), and Ronald LaBorde, Sr. Daughter of the late Rita and Joseph LaBella. Sister of William LaBella, Joey LaBella, Jr., Kathleen Byrd, Debra Dwyer, and the late Thomas LaBella. Grandmother of Amy, Angelle, Kami, Ronald, Jr., Randon, Ricky, Jr., Robert, Roy, Jr and Christy. Also survived by 9 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She loved her family and her dog, Gizzy, and loved helping everyone. She was a lifelong resident of Waggaman, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to the Visitation on Friday, February 28, 2020 from 9am until 11am. Interment, Biloxi National Cemetery, Biloxi, MS.
