Loving mother to Paula St. Blanc Clontz, the late Melisa St. Blanc Champagne (Survived by Sterling Champagne, II), Brett Smith and Ashley Smith. The best Maw Maw to Jessica Clontz, Dalton Clontz, Colton Clontz, Sterling Champagne III, Logan Champagne, Ashton Champagne, Tate Moss and Allie Stigler. 5 brothers and 3 sisters. Joan was preceded in death by her parents Lavell and Betty Dyess, and Doris Sills.
