J. Hunter Bienvenu

J. Hunter Bienvenu, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 25, 2019 at the age of 81. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold G. Bienvenu Sr. and Margaret Hunter Bienvenu. He is the beloved husband of 52 years of Vilma Sanchez Bienvenu. He is the loving father of John David Bienvenu and Brigette Ann Bienvenu. He is the cherished brother of Harold G. Bienvenu Jr. (Sylvia), and Cathy Fitch- Killen (Dr. Richard P. Killen, Ph.D.). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends. An attorney in Gretna, Louisiana, he was a graduate of Loyola University School of Law. J. Hunter was a US ARMY Veteran serving in the JAG division. A wonderful example of a true family man, he was a loving husband, father and friend. He was a humble man of great faith. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
