Helen Marie Santos Skrzysinski

Helen Marie Santos Skrzysinski, native of Chalan Pago, Guam, and a resident of Belle Chasse, LA, lovingly known as “Grandma” Familian “Tagalo / Dinga,” was called home by our Heavenly Father on May 28, 2021 at the age of 79 years. Helen will be greeted at the Gates of Heaven by her beloved late husband Donald George Skrzysinski; her parents, the late Fructouso Mariano Sr. and Sabina Meno Santos; her grandparents, the late Francisco Faustino and Antonia Mariano Santos; and her father and mother-in-law, the late Frank Sr. and Anna Eilf Skrzysinski. Helen’s love of memories, dancing, singing and storytelling will be missed and cherished forever in the hearts of her daughter Helen Delin and Melchor Delin; and grandchildren Mel Kurtis S. and Rasia Delin, Kenneth Mel S. Delin; Spencer and Nicole Darbonne; Kyle Mel S. Delin and Jonathan. Great-grandmother of Taylor Gabriel, Madison Claire, and Camryn Grace. Sister of Carmelita and Davis Joines; †Joseph and Beatrice Santos; †Alfred and Annie Santos; †Fructouso Santos, Jr. and Evelyn Santos; †Antonia and †Roland Davis Sr.; †Frank Sr. and †Estella Santos, and †Priscilla and †Roy Mendiola. Sister-in-law of Marie and Roger Roberts; Dolores and Larry Oswald; Bernice Rivard and Ron; Wanda Horetski and Jerry; Steve and Sue Skrzysinski; Gerard Skrzysinski; †Victoria, †Rozy, †Irene; †Stanley, †Ed, and †Leon Skrzysinski. She will also be missed by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Visitation at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Belle Chasse, LA on Friday, June 4, 2021 from 9 AM until Funeral Mass time at 11 AM.
