Guillers "Garry Lee" Stipe

Guillers “Garry Lee” Stipe passed away on January 28, 2021 at the age of 67. Beloved husband of Gloria Lackings Stipe. Father of Megal Bluain, LaTanya Stipe Ussin, Lyndon Stipe and Jasmin Stipe. Son of Mary Veal Stipe and the late Lloyd Stipe, Sr. Brother of Lloyd Stipe, Jr., Javella Stipe, Sarah “Cynthia” Payton, Beryle Stipe, Cheryl Ford, Terry Harper, George Stipe and Caroline Wright. Also survived by a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Garry served his country in the U.S. Air Force as an Avionics Specialist. He later retired as a Process Operator for Shell Oil. Garry loved spending time with his family and never missed a chance to cheer on his New Orleans Saints. He will be sadly missed.

Visitation will be held at Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Monday, February 8, 2021 from 9am to 11am. Services will follow in the funeral home chapel. Interment Restlawn Park Cemetery in Avondale, LA.
