Glen Mathew Cook entered into eternal rest on Monday, December 23, 2019 at the age of 72. Beloved husband of 3 years to Joan Cook by second marriage and the late Elizabeth Cook by first marriage. Son of the late Claude Lee Cook, Jr. and Edna Marie Yuratich Cook. Father of Robert T. Cook, Caryn A. Dumais, Alex Keith Dumais (Alyssa) and Seryne A. Smith (Hamilton). Grandfather of Chelsea Cook, Jayne Cook, Kalee Dumais, Landon Dumais, Reese Dumais, Cora Smith, Braylon Smith and Halona Smith. Great Grandfather of Johnny Blaze Cook and James Mathew Cook. Brother of Paul Lee Cook (Sue), Michael Claude Cook (Tiffany) and the late Carl Henry Cook (Survived by Patsy). Glen is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He was a lifelong resident of Buras, Louisiana. He served his country in the United States Army. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Monday, December 30, 2019 from 8:30AM until 10:30AM.
