Geraldine Guidry Lefort passed away on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at the age of 82. Beloved wife of Milton Joseph Lefort for 65 years. Mother of Ranie Lefort (David Vidal), Danilyn Childers, Ann Lefort, and the late Jody Paul Lefort. Daughter of the late Emily and Antoine Guidry. Sister of William “Porkchop” Guidry, and the late Hilda, Betty, Alec, Anthony, Wilbert, Cedric, Delores and Beverly "Susie". Grandmother of Jay, Ryan, Jared, Brandon, Kaylee, Alyssa and the late Jacob. Great grandmother of Daniel, Darby, Jayden, Jacob and Mason. Also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was a loving wife and mother. She was a native of Harvey, LA and a lifelong resident of Westwego, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Saturday, June 11, 2022 at 11am. Visitation will be held Saturday morning from 9am until 11am. Interment, Our Lady of Prompt Succor Cemetery, Westwego, LA.
