George J. Hartman

George J. Hartman passed away on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at the age of 76. Beloved father of Woody Hartman (Jacki), and Tra-Lynn Hartman. Son of the late Aline and George J. Hartman, Sr. Brother of Eulah Blank, Roy and Ray Hartman and the late Elma Griffin, Velma Burke, Elizabeth Elliott, and Nolan and Woodrow Hartman. Grandfather of Brock, Briannah, Brennan, and Tyler. Great grandfather of Aurora, Elijah, and Giovanni. Also survived by nieces, nephews and numerous god children. He was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather and loved spending time with his family on the farm. He was a native of Lockport, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 10am. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 5pm until 7pm and on Saturday morning from 9am until 10am. Interment, Hartman Cemetery, Mt, Hermon, La.
