Frank Lawrence Straughan Sr.

Frank L. Straughan, Sr. entered heaven on Friday, October 20, 2017 at the age of 88. Beloved husband of Lillian C. Straughan for 68 years. Father of Rosemary Devlin (Raymond), and Frank Straughan Jr. (Debbie). Son of the late Clara and Steve Straughan. Grandfather of Raymond Devlin III (Kathleen), and Cory Devlin (Rachael). Great grandfather of Erin, Emily, Carson, Harrison and Jameson Devlin. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was a native of Algiers, LA and a resident of Terrytown, LA for the past 47 years. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Mass in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, LA on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 11am. Visitation will be held Thursday morning from 10am until 11am. Interment will be privately held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donation to Heart of Hospice is preferred.
