Frank John Matrana Jr.

Frank John Matrana Jr. departed Friday, July 16, 2021 at 87 years old. He was a lifelong farmer and resident of Westwego. Son of the late Frank John Matrana Sr. and Augustine Molaison Matrana. Beloved husband of Adelaide Gabler Matrana. Father of Katharine Matrana Stevens (Troy). Preceded in death by siblings Emmadelle Rodriguez, Ethel Johnston, Evangeline Richard, Beverly Soileau and Stella Landry. Survived by siblings Laverda Richard, Camile Matrana Sr. (Naida), Janelle Moreau, Dolores Constant, Daniel Matrana (Johnnie) and Anthony Matrana (Debra). Frank was loved and adored by Alicia White, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and Friends of the Family are invited to attend the Visitation at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd. Marrero, LA on Thursday, July 22, 2021 from 9:00 AM until funeral Mass time at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Westlawn Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
