Fannie "Ting" Metrejean

Fannie "Ting" Metrejean passed away on Monday, March 12, 2018 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Horace J. Metrejean, Sr. for 53 years. Mother of Horace J. Metrejean, Jr. (Susan), Patricia Bergeron (John), and Carla King (Matt). Daughter of the late Edna and Veloir "Lee" Alleman. Sister of Farrington "Boy" Alleman, Merelda "Moe" Alleman, and the late Laura Callegan and Nazie Callegan. Grandmother of Craig Anthony Metrejean (Jennifer), Aaron Joseph Metrejean (Bailey), Shannon Sulfsted (Jon), Sean Bergeron, (Kristin), Lexi Bienvenu (Drew), and Tyler King (fiance, Caroline). Great grandmother of Pierce Anthony Metrejean, Carson Sulfsted, Cara Sulfsted, Slade Bergeron, Knox Bergeron, and two great grandchildren on the way. She was a native of White Castle, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA for the past 60 years. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, La on Thursday, March 15, 2018 at 11am. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday morning from 9am until 11am. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
