Emma Chiasson Vedros

Emma Chiasson Vedros entered into eternal rest on August 30, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Nilton J. Vedros. Mother of Gloria V. Rodrigue (Jerry), Lena V. Rodrigue (late Dwight Sr.), Edna V. Borras (Marlo, and the late Linda V. Aucoin (Pete). Grandmother of 11, great-grandmother of 9, and great-great-grandmother of 3. Daughter of the late Catherine Bellange Chiasson and Wilson Chiasson. Sister of Dolores Matherne and the late Gertrude Vedros, Lawrence Chiasson and Nolan Chiasson. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Age 90 years, a native of Lockport, LA and a resident of Marrero, LA. Emma was a faithful parishioner and member of Visitation of Our Lady Catholic Church Ladies Altar Society and Hospitality Ministry. She will be deeply missed by all.
