Edwin Joseph Richoux

Edwin Joseph Richoux passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at the age of 95. Beloved husband of the late Noella Rivet Richoux. Father of Michael J. Richoux (Roberta), Gary J. Richoux (Priscilla) and Linda R. Fontaine (Kenneth). Son of the late Edwin and Victoria Richoux. Brother of Ronald Richoux, Jimmy Richoux, Victoria Leblanc, Jean Jacob, and the late June Punch, Leroy Richoux, Jock Richoux, Lee Richoux, Mae Knockhert and Verna Schmitt. Grandfather of Kelley Martinez, (Travis), Shelley Thompson (Chris), Tracy Lala (Steven), and Michael Richoux, Jr. (Patty). Survived by many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. He was a native of Larose, LA and a resident of Bridge City for the past 80 years. Edwin retired from Avondale Shipyard as a civilian Navy Employee.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Mass in the Chapel of Mothe Funeral Homes, 7040 Lapalco Blvd, Marrero, LA on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at 1:30 pm.
