Dorothy Capella Grimes passed away peacefully on December 23, 2017 at the age of 75 years. Beloved wife of the late George Grimes Sr. Mother of George Grimes Jr. (Alicia), Lloyd Grimes and Michael Grimes (Stacie). Grandmother of Alexis, Amber, Holden, Aubrey, Aidan, Averie and Alise. Sister of Lloyd Capella and the late Joseph “Buzzy” Capella Jr. Daughter of the late Joseph Capella and Dorothy Lagardere Capella. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 2100 Westbank Expy., Harvey, LA on Thursday, December 28, 2017 from 9 AM to 11 AM. Services will follow in the funeral home chapel. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park.
