Dolores Wolf “Butchie” Payne peacefully entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at the age of 75. Beloved wife of the late James R. “Jim” Payne, Sr. Daughter of the late Gus Wolf and Delores Misitch Wolf. Loving mother of Tami Payne Miller, Cindy Payne, James Ray Payne, Jr. (Deirdre) and Jamie Ray Payne (Lori). Loving Grandmother of FCC (SW) Robert (Roschelle), Kelci, Ian, James III, Wyatt, Jamie Jr. and Abigail. Step Grandmother of Chris and Megan. Great Grandmother of Seth and Clara Rose. Step Great Grandmother of Ava, Owen, Gavin, Brayden and Olivia. Sister of Julie Watkins (the late William) and Lena Granier. Aunt of William and Gus Watkins, Nina Romaguera and Woody Thomas. Special thanks to her daughter and caregiver, Tami as well as Mary and Rose for their love and care given to Dolores. Dolores was born in New Orleans, LA and was a lifelong resident of Westwego. Visitation and Funeral Services will be held at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA and interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
