Deanna Melancon Leblanc

Mrs. Deanna Melancon LeBlanc, born November 17, 1938, entered into rest on March 31, 2021 at 82 years old.
Mrs. LeBlanc was a native of Marrero, LA and a resident of Augusta, GA for the past 35 years. Mrs. LeBlanc was the beloved wife of the late, Hilton Joseph LeBlanc Jr; daughter of the late Russell (Rock) Melancon and the late Lydia LeBlanc Melancon Smith; mother of the late Vicki LeBlanc. She is survived by her granddaughter, Chelsi LeBlanc Sapp (Joshua Elliott Sapp); two great-granddaughters, Paisley and Ella Sapp; and her godchild Debra Cheramie. A special thanks to her best friend JoAnn Nance as well as the staff of Augusta Gardens for caring for her. Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 from 10AM until 11AM. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday at 11AM. Interment will be in Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, Louisiana.
