Clarence "Cj" Joseph Loup Jr

Clarence "CJ" Joseph Loup, Jr passed away peacefully on November 3, 2021 at the age of 79 years. Beloved husband of Judy Bourg Loup for 60 years. Father of Cindy Loup (the late Bob Wilson Jr), Clarence "CJ" Loup, III, Carla Loup Greene (Todd), and Corrie Loup Goree (Marshall). Grandfather of Dwayne Sepcich, Jr, Jayde Loup (Andrew Mullins), Justin Greene (Elizabeth Theriot), Regina Loup Bell (Marissa), Rene' Spano (Genesis), Gabrielle Greene, Wyatt Greene, Zena Loup, Josilynn Goree and Elijah Goree.
Son of the late Regina Richoux Loup and Clarence J. Loup, Sr. Brother of Gloria Loup LeBlanc (the late Jay) and the late Anniereen Loup Gelpi (Clay).

Brother-in-law of Belle Bourg Sutherland (Oliver), the late Charles Bourg (Louisa), and the late Donald Bourg. Godfather of Joey Leblanc, Bubba Sutherland and Mike Wahl. Uncle of Algee “Joey” LeBlanc, Jr. (Paula), Karen Leblanc Valence (Randy), Carey Sutherland, Oliver "Bubba" Sutherland, Jr, the late Scott Sutherland, Ryan Sutherland, Charles Bourg, Jr (Shari), and Denise Nichols (Bobby). Also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

CJ was a lifelong resident of Marrero and longtime employee of Napa Auto Parts. CJ's passion was in music, art and car shows. He learned to play the

piano on his own at the very young age of 17 and his voice was a natural God-given gift. He was inducted into the Westbank Musician's Hall of Fame in 2006 as being a longtime singer and piano player with the New Orleans Chiffons. CJ spent many long hours fine tuning his art skills in airbrushing, photography and graphic design.

Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOMES, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, LA on Friday, November 12, 2021 from 9am to 11am. A Funeral Mass will follow in the funeral home chapel.
