Charles "Chuck" Harding, Jr.

Charles “Chuck” Harding Jr. passed away peacefully on July 31, 2021 at the age of 52. Beloved husband of the late Michelle Emmons Harding. Proud father of Taylor Emmons, Hunter Harding, Mason Harding and Kade Harding. Son of Charles Harding, Sr. (Vikki) and the late Gloria Warner (the late Doug). Brother of Clayton Harding (Christi), Hope Robert (Joshua) and the late Lisa Gros. Grandfather of Elijah O’Dwyer. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Chuck was raised in Luling, LA and after graduating from Hahnville High School. He attended L.S.U. where he played football and tuba for the Golden Band from Tigerland. He was all about anything L.S.U. and never missed a chance to cheer the Tigers on. He worked for many years as an IT specialist and lived most of his life in and around the New Orleans area. Chuck enjoyed playing golf, was a talented home cook and was known for his Mac ‘n Cheese. He will be sadly missed.

Visitation will be held at Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Boulevard, Marrero, LA on Saturday, August 7, 2021 from 9am to 11am. Services will follow in the funeral home chapel.
