Charles “CJ” Joseph Lepine, Jr., Sunrise, November 26, 1954, Sunset, February 17, 2021, born in Westwego, Louisiana and currently a resident of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi is the beloved husband of Deborah LaCava Lepine. Father of Stacey Ann Lepine, Charles “Boogie” Joseph Lepine III and Jon Paul Lepine (Carrie Lynn Nicole). Grandfather of Darren “Pookie” Lepine (Harmony), Gaige Shayne Lepine (Megan), Brandon Paul Lepine, Gavin Jon Lepine, Gabriella Theresa Lepine, Hailey Theresa Lepine and Kailey Marie Lepine. Great Grandfather of Jade’ Lenn Kay, Aubrie Rose, Kenslee Renee and Stella Lucille. Godfather of Frank Matis Sr. (Carol), Shelley Egle, Frank Matis, Jr. (Falynn), Theresa Hastys and Amanda LaCava Bartle. Brother of Richard Lepine Sr. (Suzie), Freddie Lepine (Betty), Edward “Lavette” Lepine (Minnie “Docie”), Evelia Lauland (Charles), Doris Mae Lauland (Jesse) and Mary Ann Egle (Alvin). Brother-in-law of Joseph LaCava (the late Rita), Catherine Rivas (Alex Sr.), Diane Santiago (Louie), Michael LaCava, Brenda Helgason (Andy) and the late Jack LaCava (Survived by Myra). CJ is survived by his canine companions, Trixie and Norton. CJ is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles Lepine, Sr. and Theresa Lepine. Due to the COVID Pandemic, attendees are limited to 100 persons. Each attendee must wear their face mask for the duration of the Visitation and Funeral Mass. Family and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 7040 Lapalco Blvd., Marrero, Louisiana on Thursday, February 25, 2021 from 9AM until 11AM. A Funeral Mass will be held at the funeral home on Thursday at 11AM. Graveside Services will be at Holy Savior Cemetery, Lockport, Louisiana on Thursday at 1:30PM.
