Catherine Abigale Savoie

Catherine Abigale Savoie, known by many as “Mama D” and “CC”, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at the age of 69. Daughter of the late Frank Savoie and Jessie Baudean Danos. Loving mother of Shelly Guillory and Troy Panepinto (Jill). She is survived by 5 granddaughters and 1 grandson; her step-sisters, Tracey Carlone and Gwen Twiselton; her step-father, Walton Danos; as well as nieces and a nephew. Catherine was extremely talented with home décor. She always helped family and friends decorate their homes especially during the holidays. She loved her football team, the Saints and spending quality time with her family. She was born in Algiers, Louisiana and was a resident of Harvey, Louisiana.
