Catherine Breaux

Catherine Breaux entered into eternal rest on Friday, January 14, 2022 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Norman Joseph Breaux. Daughter of the late Emile Goettz and Antoinette Compagno Goettz. Mother of Deborah Breaux and Wayne Breaux. Sister of Emile Goettz and the late Marion Graham and MaryLou Smith. Catherine was born in New Orleans and was a resident of Gretna. She was a member of the Golden Agers, Salvation Army, Gretna Community Society, Red Hatters, German American Cultural Center and Harvey Senior Citizens Group. She faithfully contributed to Boy’s Town and St. Jude Children Research Hospital. Catherine worked as a Secretary at Delta Steamship Company for many years. Family and friends are invited to attend the Visitation at MOTHE FUNERAL HOME, 2100 Westbank Expressway, Harvey, Louisiana on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 from 9:30AM until 11AM.
