Carol Landry Winter

Carol Landry Winter passed away peacefully with Donna, Randy and JoAnn at her side, on Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Alfred Winter. Daughter of the late Maude and Joachim Landry. Sister of the late Doris Hodges, Mildred Frey, Elsie Ruffino, and Joseph Landry. Aunt of Randy Hodges (JoAnn), Donna Lee Knapp (Charlie), Chad Frey, Orland Frey, Wesley Ruffino, Bradley Ruffino, Brent Landry, Rhonda M. Landry, Maria Sapp, and the late Cheryl Bergeron. Also survived by great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces, great great nephews and godchildren. She was a Jefferson Parish school teacher, retiring after 22 years. She was a devout Catholic and a lifelong resident of Marrero, LA. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 4401 7th Street, Marrero, LA on Monday, April 26, 2021 at 1pm. Visitation will be held at the church from 11am until 1pm. All those attending must wear masks. Interment, Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery.
