Carol Stanifer Jordan

Carol Stanifer Jordan entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 22, 2021, at the age of 76. Born and raised in Algiers Point and long-time resident of Gretna, Louisiana, Carol had also resided in Pineville, Louisiana, and Birmingham, Alabama. Daughter of the late Foy Stanifer and late Evelyn Stanifer, and sister to recently deceased James L. Stanifer, who passed away February 12, 2021, Carol will find eternal peace with her departed loved ones. She was a loving mother and is survived by her sons, Leslie Jordan, Jr, and Jarrett Jordan, her daughter-in-law Hildegard Jordan, her nieces Rachel Kirkland and Gabrielle Mangum, and her nephew Brad Stanifer. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expwy., Harvey, LA on Friday, May 28, 2021 at 1pm. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 11am until 1pm. All those attending must wear masks.
